Cancellation Policy

Please make sure that if you commit and book a session with  Back of the net 121 coaching that you can attend the session.
in the event that you can not make a appointment please notify myself on 07940205640 ASAP. Any cancellations outside 48 hours before the session will not be charged.
Cancellations inside 48 hours prior to session will be judges at my discretion.
1st cancellation - reminded of policy
2nd cancellation - half session to be paid
3rd cancellation full session to be paid for
This is a self employed business and if sessions are not run then leaves my business out of pocket.
